Stream Inlet — inbound fax and records intake — is metered, because processing pages has a real per-page cost. It sits on top of a Stream Pro subscription and is entirely optional; everything above works without it.

Every plan includes your fax number, unlimited users, and processing of every page in your plan. Extra pages $0.14. We notify you at 80% of your allowance. Junk faxes are filtered and never billed. A one-time $299 setup fee covers provisioning your practice's fax number.
Practices with three or more clinicians
The Clinic plan is priced per clinician with volume discounts, and includes shared task assignment across your team. First non-clinician seat free; additional staff $25/month each. It is quoted rather than listed, because the discount depends on headcount — tell us your size and we will send a number.

No. Visits, notes and recordings are unlimited on every plan. Stream does not charge per encounter, per note, per minute of audio, or per template. The monthly figure is the whole figure.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Not for Stream Pro. There is no implementation project, no integration to configure and no onboarding charge — you sign in and record your next visit. Stream Inlet, the fax and records intake add-on, does carry a one-time setup fee because a fax number has to be provisioned for your practice.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial requires no card. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged.
What does it cost to add staff who are not clinicians?
Your first non-clinician team member is free. Additional staff seats are $25/month each. Staff seats do not need their own clinician licence.
