Stream vs. Suki

Suki is the one comparison where Stream is the lower-priced option — roughly half. That is worth saying plainly, and it is not the main argument.

Where Suki is better

  • Real EHR integrations, which we do not have and are not promising this year.
  • A voice command surface for driving the EHR by speech.
  • A longer track record with larger practices and enterprise buyers.

Where Stream is different

Not better at being a scribe — different in what it is for. Every product here writes a good note. The question is what happens to it afterwards.

  • Price. Stream Pro is roughly half, and there is no per-seat surprise.
  • Suki is a scribe with integrations attached. The note still lands in the EHR as a note, organized by date.
  • Stream organizes the record by medical problem, so each condition carries its own thread rather than being smeared across encounters.
  • Inbound documents become part of the chart rather than a filing task.

“At three hundred a month, what are you getting beyond the note?”

Which one you should actually pick

Choose Suki if…

EHR write-back is a hard requirement for you. It is a fair requirement, we do not have it, and no amount of comparison changes that.

Choose Stream if…

You copy and paste today and are fine continuing, and you would rather spend the difference on a chart that accumulates than on integration you may not use.

Pricing for Suki was taken from their public pricing page on 19 August 2026 and may since have changed — check it yourself before deciding. Stream does not offer EHR write-back and is not SOC 2 certified; if either is a requirement for you, that is a reason to look elsewhere and we would rather say so here than on a call.
