1 · You connect Spruce
You link your own Spruce account to Stream. The number stays on your Spruce account, managed by your clinic. Credentials are write-only — never displayed again after entry.
2 · Stream processes from that number
Faxes arriving on it are read, matched and filed as above. A carrier retry never creates a duplicate.
3 · Paper still has a way in
Anything that arrives on paper or another line can be uploaded as a PDF and goes through the same pipeline.

Your Spruce subscription is separate and billed by Spruce. Every plan includes processing of every page in your plan and unlimited users. Extra pages $0.08. We notify you at 80% of your allowance. Junk faxes are filtered and never billed. Stream Connect sits on top of your Stream Pro subscription.
